As a part of the project’s acceleration phase, the team has created an inspirational marketing kit for how to market a company in China and Singapore. The purpose of booklet is to help the SMEs to develop a comprehensive understanding of how the markets work.
The plan provides the participating companies with the dos and don’ts that they need to consider before their much-anticipated China/Singapore first approach.
The kit includes both a general outline of the business climate, as well as hands-on advice that the participating SMEs can incorporate in their respective strategies for international development.
